Android - In some newer versions of android, you have to click and hold on the file link and select download file.

If the downloaded file is an apk file then your mobile device will immediately request installation.
If the downloaded file is a compressed file (eg zip or rar) you must first go to the downloads and click on the download file and rename the file from .zip to .apk.

After this change the program can be installed normally

BSR-2100 Fire Detection

In some cases on a Windows 10 os, you may not be able to connect to the computer on the desktop. In this case you should follow the following steps:

Run the BSR-2100 program as administrator
Go to the HELP tab and select About BSR-2100
In the menu, select Register ActiveX and run the routine that puts the necessary communication drivers
Close the program
Run the program normally and now you will be able to connect the computer to the panel
