Οlympia Electronic’s first priority is customer satisfaction (exceeding customers' expectations), obtained through superior quality, customer service and continual improvement.

So identified the processes needed within the organization, the interrelations, the application, sequence, interaction, operation and control of these processes have been determined and are monitored for effectiveness by using

  1. The Integrated System (IMS) and,
  2. The World Class Manufacturing (WMS) system being in use

As two lately most important Οlympia Electronic’s assessments for quality are:

  1. Identified and ensure control over all production processes affecting product conformity with requirements with the method “5 layers checks” method (see attachment)
  2. Introduced the value management method (see attachment)

The company runs a Quality Management System under the umbrella of the oly-q (Integrated management system) and is certified from TUV for ΙSO 9001:2008 (see attachment)

On the attached quality manual company’s statements on quality are presented .
