The Role

As a Junior Embedded Software Engineer you will be part of our growing R&D team and contribute to the development of addressable panels on emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. You will work in a dynamic environment where your day to day will involve working as a team on world-class products.

Your key responsibilities include

• Reading and understanding theoretical, electrical and electronic schematic designs
• Developing software using C language
• Performing functional tests
• EMC performance testing

What you bring to the team:

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Applied Computer Science or related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of proven industry experience in the field of electronics
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing embedded firmware using C coding language
• Good knowledge of electronic circuits lab measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
• Proven skills in performing functional tests
• Experience with 32-bit processors, preferably Cortex-M
• Excellent team working skills is a must, both internally within the R&D department as well as across departments
• Fluency in English both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of EMC performance testing
• Knowledge of RTOS principles
• Familiarity with PCB design guidelines
