EXPORT TERMS OF SALES

The following conditions shall apply to any estimates ,offers or acknowledged orders prepared in connection with any sales made outside Greek Territory by Olympia Electronics S.A.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By ordering goods, the buyer simultaneously proceeds to the acceptance of the export sales terms herein contained, regardless of any conditions, which may appear on the buyer's documents and subject to any special conditions accepted in writing.
