BSR-8017 is an addressable input-output unit which is recognized and programmed from the fire detection panel as two independent devices.

One device is referenced as an input unit and the other as an output unit. We use the input for connecting to the loop conventional devices which have a free contact (like conventional fire detection panel or flow switches).
