The Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for accomplishing sales targets within Central Europe/Benelux, by maintaining and expanding Olympia Electronics’ customer base.

Your key responsibilities include

• Applying corporate commercial policy
• Generating sales in area of responsibility by supporting current customer base, as well as sourcing new clients
• Processing and following up on orders, problem solving
• Participating in trade fairs
• Participating in goal setting, monitoring sales performance and achievement of objectives
• Reporting

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering/Business Administration/Economics/Marketing
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
• Very good understanding of technological concepts
• Proven work experience and knowledge of area of responsibility (culture, mentality of central European countries)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Negotiating skills
• Very good data analysis & reporting skills
• Team spirit
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken (native speaker or proficiency level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency level)
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Available to travel (minimum 30% of the time)

Nice to have

• Experience in export sales in the electronic safety & security systems industry will be considered a strong asset
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP/CRM
• Experience with BI / Data Analytics software, preferably TARGIT
