In newer versions of Windows, it may not be possible to connect the PC to the panel. In this case, please follow the steps below:

1. Install the Visual C++ Runtimes from the Visual C Runtimes link and run Install All.
2. Download and extract BSR-2100.zip, then install the software.
3. Launch the BSR-2100 application as an administrator (Run as administrator).
4. Go to the Help tab and select About BSR-2100.
5. In the window that opens, select Register ActiveX and run the routine that installs the required communication drivers.
6. Close the application.
7. Reopen the application normally; you should now be able to connect the PC to the panel.
